Made To Move Exercise Physiology is located in Orange, NSW. We provide tailored exercise services for the management of chronic health conditions, sports performance and promotion of healthy lifestyle change.  We strive to empower individuals with the knowledge and skills to independently maintain a healthy lifestyle and engage in regular physical activity.  We achieve this through practical and theoretical education which is tailored to the individuals needs and chronic health conditions.  

Simon is a Central West local who has been working as an Exercise Physiologist for 6 years. Simon has gained experience with a variety of musculoskeletal injuries, neurological conditions, cardiovascular and mental health conditions.  Many of Simon's clients present with a variety of comorbidities and as such he is able to provide Exercise Physiology services for a broad range of chronic health conditions.

 Ally is an Orange local who is currently completing her 3rd year of Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Charles Sturt University in Orange. Ally is a dedicated hard-working individual who is aiming to gain experience with real clients to help expand her knowledge as a physiotherapy student. Having a background in representative sports, Ally is passionate about helping people to achieve both their health and fitness goals through exercise. 

Ally spends most of her free time racing between sports playing hockey, netball and touch football throughout the year.
